Job Role:
Controller will be the Administrative Head of National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC), Department of Space, ISRO, Hyderabad, which is one of the major Centre of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) having manpower strength of about 900 employees.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Suitable Officers from All India Services or Central Services Group ‘A’ holding analogous posts on regular basis or 14 years regular service in Group A post.
- Suitable Officers from All India Services or Central Services Group-A holding analogous posts on regular basis or 8 years service in the Junior Administrative Grade (including services, if any, in the Non Functional Selection Grade) or 17 years regular service in Group-A posts out of which at least 4 years regular service should be in Junior Administrative Grade.
- Applicants must have complete Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/ Institution with Experience required is in the areas of Personnel Management, General Administration, Finance, Procurement & Inventory Management in a Government / Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings.
- The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed minimum 56 years to maximum 58 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
Period of Deputation:
The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization / Department of the Central Government shall not exceed 5 years.
Cooling off period:
There shall be mandatory cooling off period of 3 years after every period of deputation / foreign service up to Joint Secretary level posts and one year for Additional Secretary level posts.
Salary:
It is proposed to fill up one post of Controller in Space Applications Centre (SAC) and National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC) Department of Space, ISRO, and Ahmedabad in the Level 13 and14 of Pay Matrix (7th CPC) on Deputation basis.
