To effectively achieve ABP (Deliveries, Market Shares, and Institutional Sales) through various SOP’s laid down by the company, such as conducting various sales promotional activities, appointing network in untapped potential areas, proper implementation of Dealer Sales Process Management (DSPM), timely funds review & collection, Manpower availability & training, ensuring customer satisfaction, business survival, profitability, and growth.
