Indian Railways to run 40 Clone trains from 21 September

Indian Railways to run 40 Clone trains from 21 September. Corona’s havoc in the country is increasing. In India, more than 50 lakh people have been infected with the Corona virus (Coronavirus News In Hindi), while more than 82 thousand people have become victims of this deadly virus so far. Meanwhile, in the Coronavirus, Indian Railways have decided to run 40 trains along with special trains as well as special trains. These trains will start operating from September 21. Most of these trains connect Bihar.

According to the Railway Ministry, the period of advance reservation in these trains will be 10 days. These existing special trains and workers will be different from special trains. Reservation for these will start from 19 September. Railway has taken this initiative to give increased ticket in the train and confirmed tickets to passengers.

According to the Ministry of Railways, Humsafar Express will be charged for 19 pairs of these trains. For the ‘clone’ train between Lucknow to Delhi, it will be equal to the fare of Jan Shatabdi Express. According to the railways, these trains will run on those routes where the waiting list of tickets is long or demand is high.
Railways said that these trains will be in addition to the 310 special trains already in place and their stoppage will be limited to ‘operational halts’ or Divisional Headquarters (if any) on the route. Railways said that the suggestions of the state governments can be kept in mind while limiting the stay.

Keeping in mind the convenience of passengers, Indian Railways has taken a historic decision to run a clone train. Traveling passengers will not have to worry about waiting list before booking tickets. Let us know that out of these 40 trains, the maximum 22 trains will either go to Bihar or will open from there. Apart from this, many trains will pass through Bihar. It has been said from the railways that these clone trains are being run to reduce the impact of waiting tickets.
