IT Companies still focus on hiring freshers . Due to Coronavirus, every working sector of the country has slowed down. Many companies had started layoffs, due to which crores of people came to the road overnight. Now many IT companies are once again seen in their active mode.
The students and experience related to IT sector is big news for working people. Significantly, companies have opened up job opportunities in the second quarter. The top IT companies have given jobs to 17 thousand people in the second quarter, even after the fall of 9,000 in the first quarter.
IT Companies hiring freshers
IT officials said that a strong hiring plan has been prepared for the December and March quarter. He said that it is also necessary to do this, noting that IT is one of the largest employers in the country, especially for the engineering college.
The number of hiring is increased due to better growth and there is a great demand of candidates having skills in areas like Cloud , Digital and data analytics. India’s third largest company HCL Tech said that they will hiring 9,000 freshers in the second half of FY21 . The target of HCL is to hire around 10,000 to 12,000 freshers. And it is expected that company would increase the the number by 1,000 to 2,000 next year as their is a growth on higher rate.
On the other hand , TCS said that freshers plays an important role in the company’s growth from many years , and the rate of hiring is increased or unchanged as compared to past years. Company also hire some candidates having past experience if required based on the business demand & those hired candidates will replaced by internal candidates in a balanced way.
