NFL Recruitment 2022: National Fertilizers Limited is an Indian government-owned fertilizer producer that manufactures chemical fertilizers, organic fertilizers and industrial chemicals. As of 2018, it was the second largest producer of fertilizers in India. It is a Miniratna company, with the Government of India owning a majority stake.

Age Limit:
The candidates shall not exceed 62 years as on 01.08.2022.
Qualification:
The candidate should have completed a Degree in Chemical Engineering or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. in Chemistry or higher preferably in analytical chemistry from a recognized university or board.
Experience:
The candidates must have a minimum of years of experience for the following posts
- Advisor – Agrochemical – Degree in Chemical Engineering with 12 years of experience in the field of Agro Chemical formulations Manufacturing Plant. Or Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 14 years of experience in the field of Agro Chemical Formulations Manufacturing Plant.
- Consultant – Agrochemical –They should have 8 years experience in the field of Agro Chemical Formulations Manufacturing Plant, out of which at least 05 years experience in the analysis of technical/formulations of Agrochemicals is essential.
Salary:
The selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs. Rs.1, 05,000/- per month for Advisor (Agrochemical) and Rs. Rs.90, 000/- per month for SR Consultant (Agrochemical).
Selection Process:
The selection process will be based on eligibility criteria and personal interviews. Candidates are required to qualify for the Personal Interview with a minimum average of 50% marks.
