Age Limit
To apply for BEL Director Post applicant’s age should between minimum 45 years to 60 years as on the date of occurrence of vacancy.
Eligibility Criteria 2021
- Candidates should have completed Engineering with good academic records recognized university.
- Applicants who completed Electronics Engineering will be preferred for this post.
- Candidates needed to have adequate technical and operational experience at a senior level of management in an organization of repute.
- During last 10 years applicant must have 5 years of experience in design/ development/ production in the Electronics sector.
Salary Structure 2021
Selected candidate for the post of Director (Research and Development) in BEL recruitment will get paid for Rs. 180000 to Rs. 340000 per month.
Selection Process
Based on eligibility, qualification and previous work experience candidates will get shortlisted and called for personal interview. Based on the performance in Interview candidate will get selected. Candidates will get appointed for the period of 5 years or up to the date of Superannuation or until further orders.
