PESB NBCFDC Recruitment: The Public Enterprises Selection Board [P.E.S.B] is a high powered body constituted by Government of India Resolution dated 3.3.1987 which was subsequently amended from time-to-time, the latest being on 11.11.2008. The P.E.S.B has been set up with the objective of evolving a sound managerial policy for the Central Public Sector Enterprises and, in particular, to advise Government on appointments to their top management posts.

Qualification:
Applicant should be a graduate with good academic record from a recognized University/ Institution. Applicants with Technical/ MBA qualifications will have added advantage.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Managing Director is the Chief Executive of the Corporation and accountable to its Board of Directors & Govt. of India.
- He/She is responsible for all the activities of the Corporation including personnel, financial and commercial management, corporate planning and project implementation.
- He/She is responsible for the effectiveness of the organization in the pursuit of the goals and objectives and in particular for the performance and supervision of the technical, administrative and day to day operations of the Corporation.
Age Limit:
Candidates should have up to 40 years. 2 years or 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation.
Salary Details:
The salary for the post is Rs. 160000-290000 per month. The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale will be one year for internal candidates, and two years for others as on the date of vacancy.
- Applicants from Central Government / All India Services should be holding a post of the level of Joint Secretary in Government of India or carrying equivalent scale of pay on the date of application.
- Applicants from the Armed forces of the Union should be holding a post of the level of Major General in the Army or equivalent rank in Navy/Air Force on the date of application.
- Applicants from State Public Sector Enterprises/ Private Sector should be working at Board level position on the date of application.
