Job Description:
- Essential responsibilities will be to drive sales of credit cards through SBI and Partnership bank branches & other alternate channels by leading from front along with a team of Of Roll SBI Card Associate’s.
- Building and nurturing relationships with Key employees, Regional Managers(RM), Deputy General Managers (DGM) and higher ups ensuring maximum buy in from our channel partner.
- Accomplishment of area sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned locations; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Achieving Area sales operational objectives by contributing Area sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementation of resources for targeted acquisition , maintaining processing quality resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales requirement and implementing change
