The skills that the company looking for in an individual are Artificial Intelligence , digital and Internet of things(IoT). Currently Wipro also make an announcement about the promotions in which employees who gaves their outstanding performance will be awarded by an promotion in December. The promotions are provided to the employees on the basis of bands B3. Upto B3 means about 80% of the company employees are being awarded . The total strength of the company is around 1,80,000 so according to 80% 1,45,000 employees will be awarded.
According to latest update , Wipro also passed the share buyback of worth Rs 9500 crores as it is a part of the September month which results on Tuesday. This Buyback made from the shareholders in the tender on the proportionate basis. The price of this repurchase is fixed to the Rs 400 per share & it is 6.25 % premium to tuesday .
